Petracca SA, a well-known and recognised supplier of fresh produce to restaurants and retail outlets, is managed by the 3rd generation and is a benchmark in its sector in Switzerland.
In order to guarantee the freshness of the products, large cold rooms are used by our customer. However, these do not maintain a sufficient level of humidity. As a result, the products dry out quickly.

Explanation of the solution implemented:
Our HP Brumisty by Climext fogging system has enabled us to extend the freshness of products stored in cold storage, thereby saving money by reducing losses and maximising the attractiveness of products delivered to customers.
Our hydrostatic control unit enables our installation to operate completely independently, based on a humidity level defined by the customer, which may or may not allow it to operate. The HP misting system operates 24 hours a day.
