GOUTTE SA Recuperation
Based in Echandens, in a new hall with a 13-metre-high metal framework, several tonnes of waste pass through the company every day, being sorted, processed and recycled for recycling in a circular market.
The constraints of dust and high temperatures prompted management to look for a suitable solution that met the constraints of the building.

Explanation of the solution implemented:
The building is divided into 2 separate misting zones, each powered by a 30l/min motor housed in an Armext (opposite).
The nozzle lines (424), made up of sliding nozzle holders, were attached directly to the building structure (10 to 13 m high) and the nozzle spacing and flow rate were optimally calculated by our design office to ensure dust abatement without wetting.
Fogging operating times and pause times can be freely configured by the customer using the Tempo Pro box, to adapt to fluctuating dust and temperature conditions.
An Indus remote control pack has also been installed to (de)activate the installations remotely as required.
